FREE SERVICE OFFER: One free service worth ₹500 is available once every 4 months, only after a total spend of ₹3999 or more within that 4-month period.

NO CLUBBING OF OFFERS: Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless specifically mentioned.

RIGHT TO CANCEL: The salon reserves the right to cancel or modify the membership in case of policy violations or misconduct.

🪞 1. Eligibility

  • The membership card is issued in one individual's name and is non-transferable.

  • ✨ Exclusive discounts on selected beauty, hair, and skincare services.
  • 💝 Early access to festive and seasonal offers.

📅 3. Validity & Renewal

  • Valid for 1 Year from the date of issue.
  • Renewal is required before expiry to continue enjoying benefits.
  • The parlour may revise the membership fees or benefits with prior notice.

📌 4. Usage Policy

  • The card must be shown at the time of billing.
  • Benefits cannot be combined with other discounts unless mentioned.
  • In case of loss, a duplicate card can be issued for a nominal fee.

🚫 5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • The parlour holds the right to cancel membership if:
    • Any benefit is misused.
    • There is inappropriate behavior toward staff or customers.
    • Salon rules are violated.

🔒 6. Privacy & Communication

  • Member details will be used only for official communication.
  • Promotional offers and updates may be shared via SMS/WhatsApp.
  • You can opt out of promotions anytime by notifying us.

  • Membership terms are subject to change at the salon's discretion.
  • Disputes, if any, will fall under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
